Privacy Notice — Revealify Pitch Deck
This notice covers this pitch-deck website only (deck.revealify.global). The Revealify app is a separate product with its own privacy policy — nothing here applies to it, and nothing there applies to this deck.
1. What we collect
Your email address. You type it before the deck opens. That is the only thing we ask you for, and the only information that identifies you personally.
How you read the deck. Which slides you viewed and how long you spent on each, plus the date and time. This is the point of the deck being a website rather than a file emailed to you — we want to know which parts were useful.
Standard technical data. Your approximate location (country and city, derived from your IP address — never a precise location), plus your browser, operating system and device type.
We do not use advertising trackers, marketing cookies or third-party analytics, and we do not follow you across other websites.
2. Why we collect it
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| Know who has reviewed the deck, and follow up appropriately | Email address | Legitimate interests |
| Understand which parts hold attention, so we can improve the deck | Per-slide view time | Legitimate interests |
| Keep the deck secure and identify automated traffic | Technical data | Legitimate interests |
Our legitimate interest is straightforward: this is a confidential business document shared with named recipients, and we need to know who opened it. If you would rather not be identified, please do not enter your email — the deck will not open without one.
3. Who can see it
Revealify only. Your email and reading activity are visible to the Revealify team. We do not sell this information, share it with advertisers, or pass it to anyone outside the company.
Three providers process data on our behalf, under contract:
| Provider | Role | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Hosts this website and the analytics application | United States |
| Neon | Database holding view records and email addresses | United States |
| Papermark | The document-analytics software, which we self-host | Runs on the above |
If you are in the EEA or UK, these transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
4. Documents
Documents reached through the Documents button sit in the same system and are recorded the same way — which document was opened, and for how long. Some document sets open without asking for an email again; the reading activity is still recorded.
5. How long we keep it
Email addresses and view records are kept while the related conversation is live, and normally deleted within 24 months. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
6. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, portability, or to object to our use of it. Because we rely on legitimate interests rather than consent, you may object at any time — tell us and we will delete your record.
Email privacy@revealify.global. We respond within 30 days, or sooner where your local law requires it. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
7. Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above.
